Central Queensland University Library has just completed its sixth Library Client Satisfaction Survey with Insync Surveys. The longitudinal data and comments have proved to be invaluable for the library to review and enhance our services. The Library Client Survey is undertaken with minimum of fuss and with good support from Insync Surveys. Results have been provided very promptly following the completion of the survey.
