Thematic analysis of open feedback is extremely valuable for your institution. It provides insights into user requirements and offers a deeper understanding of user experiences. This is a valuable addition to the library survey benchmark scores.
Insync Surveys' benchmarked Library Client Survey for universities is now in its 11th year of operation. The Library Client Survey generates a large volume of feedback from library patrons, ranging from 1,500 to 8,000 responses per library survey.
Insync Surveys has been conducting thematic analysis of open feedback for CAUL since 2008. Our library client reports segment the comments into themes and categories. We also make comparisons for each library with the aggregate feedback received. To date, our aggregate database comprises in excess of 200,000 responses.
